I've been looking for this everywhere, and not finding anything is driving me crazy. How is the little advisor's name spelled? How about his yak? What is he called?

Actually, now that I bothered to actually view the episode again, it does seem to be Runtar. At least in the Finnish dub. Damn, I was already being so happy for him having a name with such a Russian feel. Laughing
