The book is a legit item, according to Disney Historian Jim Korkis. Smile

I emailed him about it and this is what he said:

"The book is what is called a "licensing" sourcebook sent to places like Hallmark card makers, toy makers, etc. to show them the color scheme, the character design (with already approved designs they can use) so that hopefully the presentation of the characters/film will be consistent. Wasn't used in the making of the film but is used for those vendors who license the characters for merchandise, etc."
