Oddly funnly?</span></td> </tr> <tr> <td colspan="2"><hr /></td> </tr> <tr> <td colspan="2"><span class="postbody">Okay, so I know attempted suicides are never funny but I couldn't help but find this to be oddly humourous! <br /> <br />True story: A man and a woman were arguing on a Carnival cruise ship. The man threatened to jump off the ship's balcony and the woman said "go ahead" and he did. When he lands in the ocean, he starts yelling for help. To their credit, Carnival did call the Coast Guard but they made no attempt to save the man on their own and left him splashing around for 90 minutes. I don't expect them to turn that big ship around to get him and waste fuel + ditch their schedule but c'mon, they don't have life boats?
