You only have to watch the original pencil animation of the Beast's transformation to see that Glen is a master of his craft, and his talent will be sorely missed at Disney Animation. <br /> <br />I wish Glen all the best in his future endeavours and look forward to see what he does next, but at the same time I can't help but feel that this is, in many ways, the end of an era at Disney, much in the way it was when the last of Walt Disney's 9 Old Men retired.
