He was so awesome. Something made him and his show stand out from the rest of the Disney Universe. There was nothing to not like about it. The villians were awesome too. Especially loved the characters, and the villians like Megavolt and Quackerjack and Liquidator in addition to some others. I don't know what's taking so long with getting the second DVD collection of the show out, because it's been almost a year since the first one came out. I made a few Darkwing Duck AMVs back in 2002, but they're on VHS tapes. I need to get my brother to copy them to DVDs, so I can rip 'em and upload 'em somewhere. The NES game that Capcom made was also awesome. This sounds crazy, but I think Capcom could've also made a good arcade game about the show while they still had the Disney license.
We picked up the second DVD set recently, dunno when it came out. DWD was my favorite show next to Beetlejuice back in the 90's, and is why my nickname to this day is Sparky (from Megavolt). My DWD website was one of the first DWD fansites out there, and my DWD fanfics were the first fanfics I ever wrote...Oh and I took my Mr Banana Brain doll to the San Diego Comic-Con in July and showed him to Michael Bell.
I had the DWD game for NES, but I could never get past Moliarty.
And then the cartridge got ruined. I have a refurbished NES now and I'd like to find another copy of the game.
I think I've been to your site in the past. And yeah, the NES game is great. I think even Inafune-sama was involved in the development!
But I don't know that for a fact.

Question: Where the hell was Scrooge in that show? Cause they made it seem like he was dead and Donald got all his inheritance

Quack Pack, that was where the three kids from DuckTales were all grown up, right? I never actually saw that one, so my knowledge of it is limited.
Quack Pack had the nephews as teenagers and back with Donald. It was alright, but I don't think I ever really warmed up to it.

I loved DWD, about as much as I loved
Ducktales
but in a different way (there was some crossover, but they were pretty distinct worlds). I never played the game, so I'm not sure if it lived up to the coolness of the series. Still, there was a lot to play with. I hope the next set comes out soon.
Launchpad was a character on both shows. The only other character I can think of is Gizmoduck who also appeared on both shows, and there was at leat one reference to Duckburg. Much better than "Quack Pack" though!

This reminds me of the day I was walking into Animal Kingdom, saw Launchpad McQuack outside, said "I'll get him later..." and never saw him again.
