She was saying that Jasmine's hair looks ugly and she should take it down from that ponytail thing she always has it in. She's all "Her hair is so long and pretty, why doesn't she just let it down?" This from a girl who has looooog hair down to her butt and keeps it in an ugly ponytail every day. <img src="images/smiles/icon_lol.gif" alt="Laughing" border="0" /> <br /> <br />Idk,I always liked Jasmine's hair like that. And she did change the style a bit the TV series.
