Like the clothes change in Night of the Living Mud. I never thought of that until you brought it up. No offense, girl, but you have a dirty mind. :D[/quote]

That part went straight over my head as a kid
And it wasn't so much the kiss as it was the part leading up to the kiss, the wiggling of the eyebrows, that made me realize what was really going on
The guniea pigs from Pecos bill Tall tales old Western Silly Symphonies. that's where the wiggling eye brows came from.

Feature: "Dudes, we have a song about lust, a pole dance, and the villain lustfully sniffing the heroine's hair. Go for it!"
" But now I'm curious...how are you planning on suggesting this?"
"Well, other than the Genie making a comment in the beginning, we're gonna have him wiggling his eyebrows at Jasmine suggestively as they fly off into the night. What do you think?"
"....that's it? Just some eyebrows? They don't get a song? Or we see some of their clothes slipping off them?"
"What? No! We just want to dance around the line; not cross it to the point of no return! You can save that idea for some other movie!"
"Maybe I will!"
*ends up getting the slipping clothing idea in Hercules the following year*

Yes. Yes, you are. And that's why we love you. (Part of the reason anyway.)

I'd like some transcripts of story meetings and storyboards too. Haha. "And it does end with a wedding...and it's night...um...can we go there in a Disney movie?"

I wanna see the storyboard for that, though. Or the note that says "Alright, draw him wiggling his eyebrows with a suggestive grin on his face"

Bah. They're married. Married people are SUPPOSED to do that.
And...they're Aladdin and Jasmine, who are very physically affectionate people in a society where if they had done so before they got married, it could have meant death. They waited a long time, they deserve it.
I think they appreciate finally having that moment.

I wonder when the writers and animators got the idea with the kiss at the end? Do you think its a private joke and the animators waggle their eyebrows whenever they look back on it?

I don't think she's scared. I think she's just... taken a little off-guard.
Notice that her shocked expression doesn't last for long.
Quite like that, only before his grin gets all big.
Yeah, I tried to explain myself in the last one; any fear was "OH GOODNESS I'M GOING TO LOSE MY BALANCE AND FALL!" motivated...then...well...the eyebrows speak for themself. I LOVE how her expression changes as he does the eyebrow thing and gets that big grin on his face. He's so cute when he's incredibly hot and seductive.

Haha. I think he caught her off guard. The fear aspect may have been a result of him suddenly whirling her around when they're flying high above the ground on a flying carpet. That could be a bit frightening. She certainly doesn't STAY scared.
"Ohh, he's not going to let me fall, he just wants to seduce me, OK...bring it!" (Can't say I blame her)
"AHH! WHAT THE.....ooooooooh"
(I don't blame her either!!)
