why did she do that? sorry, i haven't seen it.
She and Al seem to be in a big relationship 'lull.' They've gotten into a routine of going to the marketplace for 'marketplace day' on a regular basis, and it seems that it's become so routine that Aladdin's stopped asking her, just assuming that she'll go. She seems to feel taken for granted, and then when an out-of-the-loop suitor (Uncouthma) arrives to court Jasmine, Aladdin immediately yells "Sorry, pal, but THIS princess is taken!" Jasmine's response: "THIS Princess can speak for herself!" And she leads Uncouthma on to make Aladdin mad and get him to treat her 'special' again. She wants to make him see her having fun with someone who's going a little out of his way for her.
Aladdin responds by trying to give Uncouthma 'advice' on how to win Jasmine that he thinks will cause her and the Sultan to be so disgusted they'll throw Uncouthma out in no time, but Jasmine picks up on his plans and seems to be confused by many of Uncouthma's 'moves,' but she acts delighted by something new and different. Of course, in the end, both learn a valuable lesson about using other people and messing with their affections.

Oh, I've got that one: when in "That Stinking Feeling" she uses shamelessly Uncouthma to make Al jealous, or to prove him she knows what. Not nice of her!

Post subject: Jas's moments
hmmmm, jas' moments...well, she jumps to conclusions sometimes, but it's easy for any of us to say that, unless we were really in a situation where something which appeared to be SOMETHING ELSE, possibly very bad, well we'd jump to conclusions too, espcially when it involves boyrfiends!

Ooh, I heard about that! I heard she left him and stayed her the Dwarfs' house for a few weeks until things blew over
And don't tell me he let her? Then, he did spend about an entire year without looking for her, after they first met, until he went to find her when she was sleeping.

Well, you know, how some people would describe their husbands/wives, or even boyfriend/girlfriend, especially if they're...you know what I mean.
That was just he first thing that came to mind. Just No! Dumbass!
Yes, Jasmine must forgive him. I would. I wouldn't risk losing such a guy, but she can't forgive him, I'll take him.

What about Jasmine's badgirlfriend moments? Though I doubt I can remember any. She seems more reasonable than Al. But I feel sorry on his account. Of both of them is he the only one to make mistakes?
Most of hers are not forgiving Al easily enough when he has a bad boyfriend moment.

In that first one, what do you mean? The Jackal beast/describe me line?

He's had many, but my favorite one is:
*slighly paraphrased*
Aladdin is sitting on the floor of the jungle with another girl in his arms, sweaty from running no doubt, dirty from the fall from the tree and probably out of breath...noooot a good picture for a girlfriend to walk in on, but guess what happens?
Jasmine:
Stay away indeed!
*girls gets up and runs off*
Aladdin:
But Jasmine, you don't understand! The girl is really a jackal beast!
Jasmine:
Oh, and how would you describe me?!
What exactly did they mean by that?
AladdinsGenie wrote:
Aladdin: No really! She just--
Jasmine:
Just stop it! I saw her! She was beautiful! You've been sneaking away with her all night!
Aladdin: No! Just this once!....
Dumbass. Not even the dumbos on Dumb and Dumber would say something like that.

Well, you know, like you can trick your mares into going into season, or not going into season, by doing something like leaving the lights on in the barn. Then their bodies think it's summer, and the days are longer, when its' really winter, and it's artificial lights. It messes up the cycle. That's why outdoor queens are different from indoor queens. Indoor queens are in heat all year round, cause they don't know what time of year it is.
