Maybe they make it like a berry or fruity flavored for kids because the flouride, the minty, or the cinammon is too hott for them or it burns their tongue. I believe it's probably just that little kids simply prefer sweet flavors over strong. It's one of those things that's hard-wired into peoples' brains - sweet indicates a sugar content, which means a fast energy boost. Of course, it could just be that kids tend to be more accustomed to sweet flavors, so the mint/cinnamon toothpaste is rather an unpleasant shock. My brother is not accustomed to overly-sweetened foods on a regular basis, so I think he's more adapted to less-sweet flavors. Now, I personally hate candies and whatnot laced with cinnamon oil. It has nothing to do with the 'heat,' but rather that I find the scent somehow revolting. (Cinnamon powder, on the other hand, is a completely different story - I like it just fine.)
Oooh, spiffy!! Sadly, I'd probably need at least 2-3 yards.

We had to stop buying the cinnamon toothpaste because we were getting hungry with the smell of it

Wow. Now that would be some toothpaste. My mom only buys Colgate.
I can't see how it would taste, though? Orange?

*Shrugs* In my book, toothpaste should be minty, and no less minty than Certs mints, which is very, very minty. Oranges are for afternoon snacks, soda, and spray cleaners. And to flavor chocolate and milk and... heck, oranges are for everything
but
toothpaste in my book.

It actually tastes pretty good.
Then again, I use the orange toothpaste all of the time.

Googled it really quick and couldn't find any others besides the ones that were already linked. Lots of Tinkerbell and Pooh, though.
They don't make Aladdin pajamas in our size, so that's probably the next best thing, huh?
