No, Will Ferrel had yellow tights.
However, this is from somebody who looks away when men walk around with tights. Bad memories of "Labyrinth".

Well, I'd rather them have enormous "wangs" then wear tights, IMO. My ideal outfit for a guy is light blue baggy jeans and a black wifebeater and socks. That to me is just hot. |
For me, a man dressed casually in brown cord slacks that are loose but not too loose, a fun black t-shirt underneath an unbuttoned pale striped button-up shirt with a tweed jacket, and wearing black Doc Martins or something like that.
Of course, the fun part is to take off all those layers to get to that eye candy underneath.
