Did you run a search for it? It's called Windows Movie Maker. |

I have XP - on my computer I go to the Start Menu, then Programs, the Accesories - and it's in that folder. _________________

You need to rip the movie you want clips from. I use Movie Jack for this. I dunno if it's on your computer or if you have to get it from somewhere...
Anyway, if you have a DVD player in your computer, you can put the DVD into the drive, and then rip the movie, that means converting it into mp3 files. When you import these files into the Movie Maker, it will automatically make little clips out of them which you can use. You can also take screengrabs in the program. _________________

How do you cut out the sound that is already in the movie and add a song? _________________

You've got a line on the bottom of the program screen, where it says "video" or something like that, and below is a little +. Drag a clip onto that line and then hit the +. You then get the video and sound trace of the clip, and you when you right click on the sound trace you can mute it. Below the large video line, you've got a little sound line, there you can drag a song on.
Hope I explained it well enough. _________________
