Wasn't sure where to put this but...
http://www.amazon.com/Disneys-Neglected-Prince-Knights-Loincloths/dp/1423113942/ref=pd_bbs_sr_6?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1226036606&sr=8-6
From the Prince who is Charming, to the Prince who began as a "diamond in the rough," to the Lord of the Jungle, and to the many princes whose kiss led to a happily ever after, the Disney princes are often neglected in favor of their female counterparts.
Disney's Neglected Prince is a hard cover, museum-quality "Art of" book that focuses on the men, whether they rule from a castle, a forest, or a mountaintop, or just marry well. The roster includes royal favorites such as Princes Phillip, Eric, and the Beast; royalty from other realms including Hercules, John Smith and Li Shang; and the latest to ascend to the throne-Prince Edward from the upcoming Disney feature Enchanted and the Prince from The Princess and the Frog. Rare and rarely seen visual development art from The Walt Disney Feature Animation Studio will give Disney fans an opportunity to enjoy these hand-drawn hunks in a whole new way.
w00t, we might get some new Aladdin art |

I came across that book at Amazon to other day. Might be an inserting read if it’s got enough detailed information because it has to cover quite a few Disney men in 128 pages. |

It looks like they're sticking to main Disney human guys or 'heroes' in the animated films, which looking back on it, isn't that many. That's actually really interesting to think about.... |

Ooh, and it's cheap, too! But it doesn't come out until April, that sucks...
Thanks for the link, AG! And you can make announcements if you want, I don't mind. _________________ "If only I could believe you. Perhaps I can! After all... you do bear the name of a flower." -- Arbutus |

Just thought of something: why haven't they ever made a book like this about the princesses? I bet they'd sell like hotcakes. _________________ "If only I could believe you. Perhaps I can! After all... you do bear the name of a flower." -- Arbutus |

I was surprised they even were coming out with a book for the guys and not the girls, to be honest. Maybe they will later on? |

The same goes for Disney's Dogs. I love allot of them, Lady and the Tramp, The Dalmations, Oliver but I love the cats more, Simba & Co, Figaro and Rajah. Not that I expect such a book to have production artwork but that Rajah will be mentioned is good enough for me. |

They should have a Super Big part about Aladdin because hes the BEST Prince!!
I mean the other Princes are ok but they don't have much personality. (With a few exceptions) But Aladdin is THE Prince! The Whole Freakin' Movie is about Him!! _________________ You're Only In Trouble If You Get Caught! |

Tell that to the Disney Princess line. It seems to be about Jasmine, apparently |

As I like to say "Disney needs to stop thinking they made a movie called Jasmine with some guy named Aladdin as a secondary character."
Especially because they're also under the impression that that movie has no villain.
But the book does look interesting, and reminds me I still need to find the villain book on Amazon. |
