I know this is a bit late, but for those who still haven't heard...

Kerry Butler has recently come out with a CD of covers of Disney songs, Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust, which includes a recording of the cut Aladdin song "Call Me a Princess". Kerry is a big Disney fan, and "Call Me a Princess" isn't the only obscure Disney song she covers on this CD.

LaughingPlace.com has an interview with her about the new CD:

Quote:
And then the other one is, Call Me A Princess, and that’s really fun. We heard this demo with Alan Menken and Howard Ashman singing and it was cut from Aladdin. And when you hear it you’ll say that doesn’t really go with Aladdin but it’s this great song. It’s just really cute and the lyrics are really funny. So I had a lot of fun singing that song.
