He drops some f-bombs throughout a few of the songs, hence the explicit warning. Nothing too serious; from what I've heard (which is all but 2 of the songs), "Freak" is the only one that had some "sensitive" language/subject matter.
I'm debating picking up the entire CD or just picking up the few tracks I haven't heard on iTunes. Hmmmm..
