I've added a few new pages to the lyrics section: Icelandic "Prince Ali" and Hungarian "Arabian Nights", "One Jump Ahead", "One Jump Ahead (Reprise", "Friend Like Me", "Prince Ali", and "A Whole New World". The Portugese "A Whole New World" lyrics have been corrected, too. Best of all, I have a new cut song, The Wazir's Song, by Howard Ashman, from the July 15, 1990 script! (Thanks very much to Anna, David, Joe, and Nick for your help with the lyrics!)
It has the actual html pages of the site archived, but not the scans themselves.

The last time I checked, it did. I've dug a few things up on there that were lost to the rest of the Internet.

Where did you find the 1991 version?
Evi, the founder of the AML, owns a copy; she scanned it and put it online for one of their anniversaries. Geocities took the site down, and unfortunately my copy that I saved of it was destroyed along with my old hard drive back in 2004. I
really
need to ask her if she still has those files...

Thanks for the info Calluna! And yeah I agree asking someone to transcribe a whole script is a lot to ask! Though maybe the Animation Research Library (wish I knew how to get in as well!) could hold the answer to the unknown production numbers for the series?
I'd love to see Howard Ashman's original treatment! Where did you find the 1991 version?
Thanks again for all the info!

XDD Iago's name was Sinbad? XDDD.
Aladdin with a mustage sounds werid,I guess the song is from the version when Aladdin was younger and had a mother and 3 friends and Jasmine (Her name was Jasmine in that version?) was a spoiled brat? wait,Jafar and Iago (Err,Sinbad) were arrested?.

I don't actually have the script (unfortunately); this was sent to me by someone who had access to the Animation Research Library, and according to him this song does predate "Humilate the Boy". Maybe I can convince him to send some more excepts, but transcribing an entire script might be asking a bit much.
(So what do you have to do to get into the Animation Research Library, anyway?)
There was Howard's original treatment in '88, then Linda Wolverton's script that she wrote right after she did the BatB script, and then after TLM was finished Ron and John started rewriting it... I'm pretty sure Howard and Linda only had one version each, but I'm not sure how many incarnations Ron and John (and later Ted and Terry) did. The July 15, 1990 pretty much has to be Ron and John's, and I've read a July 3, 1991 script that was Ted and Terry's, but I don't know how many other drafts there were in each "phase". The 1991 script was still pretty different from the movie, so I would guess there would be at least one more after that...

Excellent find! It reads like an early version of Humiliate the Boy (which it probably was).
How many early scripts were there before the major re-writes? And does this song indicate that it's possible we could see the full script in the not too distant future?

"Wazir" is the Arabic word "vizier" comes from. In
one of the cut songs from Howard's original treatment
Jafar was called that as well.

Probably a stupid question, but why is it called "The Wazir's Song"?

Mmm, mustache.
Better with a little chest hair.

But he didn't have one in the storyboards for that, did he? That's probably what I was thinking of

Well, we knew about the moustache already, remember "Humiliate the Boy"?
