I believe that Ariel/Jasmine were meant to be drawn to be sexy. They have a body any girl would kill to have, even though they are only 15-16. Aladdin is just good looking, plain and simple. Now, what about Tarzan. My god, the man only had on a loin cloth... can't get skimpier than that. But, Jane was a bit more conservative. But she was still pretty... Oh god, I'm going off topic. Yes, I do believe that Jasmine was meant to be beautiful and sexy and so was Aladdin because the animators knew that the movie would be good for kids/teens/adults all alike.
Meg's torso, when she puts her hands on her hips, is meant to resemble a greek pot, so she has to have some hips somewhere in there.

They do have a simple heroine, her name is Mulan.

Yes, but Mulan is built well. SO is Nani.
I mean someone who is not skinny. Someone with glasses or something. Someone on the chubby side. I mean looks, not acts.

I don't think Meg really has hips or boobs. They're an illusion created by her dress.
It would seem that way @ some points. But there's many times where you see her w/out the sash around her hips, and they are still as sharp as daggers.

It's true Megara's knockers aren't as large as many of the others, but she definitely has 'em! She's also thin as a toothpick with well-shaped hips etc.
WHat I meant was that Disney should make a movie where the main heroine is NOT thin as a toothpick with well-shaped hips and a perfect smile. Disney should make a movie that proves that someone can be chubby (or something else that the public eye disapproves of) and still be attractive and/or still get your man.
I am happy with the way I'm built, but I have so many friends look up at the movie screen and say, "I could never get a man like that." This angers me, so that's why I say DIsney should make a movie that disapproves of this.

One of these days, Disney should make a movie where the m.c.'s figure is animated proof that a girl can be attractive w/o having an hourglass figure.
Megara. Flat as a board.

eek... What have I started? But at least this is better than talking about Aladdin.
I'm not a pervert so I don't hang around high schools and check out High School girls, but from my memory, there weren’t any girls who could match Jasmine's figure. See Aladdin is a Cartoon and Jasmine is TOO skinny for any woman. One of the most beautiful girls in High School (Whose name was actually Jasmine) may have matched Jasmine's breast size, hair and complexion, but not the waist. I was in my last year of school when Britney Spears became popular. So I don't know the result of the Spears Factor and the girls today. But when I was at school that figure was not possible. And I still don't think it is.

Yeah, and I've been working hard on my fanfics and music video, which I am just now posting. I'm tired and a little defensive myself.

True, it might just be as a woman of ethinicity (as is Jasmine), body types around me are a little different by default

You've probably already read this, but it does have the animators say that the girls are sexy, and that's how the supervisor wanted them.
